We are adopting another little girl! She is 10 years old with blond hair, beautiful blue eyes and an engaging smile. Her sense of humor is much like mine, and that amazes me with all she's been thru. Presently she is living in a group home 6 hours from us and we are making visits back and forth until she is "released". Hopefully, prayerfully, that will be in early March. The first time I laid eyes on this girl I knew she was ours. I miss her so much and look forward to our phone calls. She seems thrilled about being grafted into our family, although I'm sure much of that is her anticipated loooong wait for a family and some fantasy.
I cannot post a picture of her until she is adopted, when that happens I'm sure there will be many!
Please pray for her, and for us. This will not be an easy road but one filled with blessings. Adoption is worth every effort put forth.
