I woke up this morning feeling so GOOD, and I have to wonder if the food changes I've made (eating snack sized meals several times per day) have made the difference. I got busy on the house, painted Kristianna's room (her new room, the one I just finished painting black and blue for Trey!) a bright yellow for her "Hawaiian theme". Nick and I changed all (9) smoke detector batteries, and the bulbs in our 10 ft chandelier over the stairs. We cleaned it while it was down and that alone encouraged me to do even more cleaning. ~smile~ Nick made a trip to the dump, one more trip and I think we'll be able to clean out the garage!! What a thought!
Kristianna and Kori are making a "Mystery Dinner", an idea they got from Nature Friend Magazine their favorite magazine. The menu consists of 20 items, such as; monkey delight, salamander eye, cat's paw and walking sticks. They are actually really tasty things like pork chops, mashed potatoes, lemonade and jelly beans but the none of us will know what we are ordering. ~smile~ Meanwhile they want us out of the house so I am taking the 4 little ones and Hayden to Huckleberry's to pick up more vitamins and drop off movies.
Kyla and Linnea have been playing with Little People together, Kori is teaching Trey and Sara how to play Dutch Blitz, Kristianna is probably off somewhere writing again, it is sunny outside... and me... I am content with feeling GOOD today.
