The tiny town close to us (C) had a Civil War Expo today. We try to attend the big one in town every year, but thought we'd also give this free one a shot. It was tiny, but the people were so knowledgeable and were gracious in sharing their knowledge with us. The horses were gorgeous, I fell in love with a Shire cross and took way too many pictures of him. ~smile~ Interestingly this horse was a wild horse rescue from Wyoming, he was remarkably well trained and only 4!
The older 3 were less than thrilled to be there (they like the bigger one), and jumped for joy when we left and stopped by the libary on the way home.
It seems like this week was a busy one, but it was really relaxed.
