Nick volunteered as a referee for Hoopfest 2007 this year. This is the largest 4/4 basketball tournament in the world. 6,100 teams, over 24,000 players, 2-300,000 spectators. It was very, very hot. And the kids and I braved it... it was worth it to watch my handsome hubby in action! Nick thoroughly enjoyed his looong hours there. I'm thinking he is a chip off the old block?
