My boy is 7!! I can't believe we both made it this far, he has been a hard, hard child. but we've had him since he was almost 2, and he's come soooo far. It helps that I'm crazy-in-love with him.
Trey had a mental list of the things he "needed". A violin, more legos, a calendar for his room, a fleece blanket, a bowling ball and more Breyer horses. Mom and Dad bought him a bowling ball, and a fleece blanket for Christmas. He bought this Lego airplane (50% off!) and a calendar with his birthday money (we gave money instead of gifts this year). We rented him a violin, and he is already playing his first song (taught by Kori)! Yesterday he received a package in the mail from his Grandpa Larry... in it were 3 stuffed Breyers and a Breyer draft horse. Trey was beyond happy! Here is is posing with his new horses and a few old friends.
Tomorrow we are having hamburgers and a chocolate lemon cake, per his request.
