I love this lake, it's not perfect (weedy water/ bird doo), but it is filled with wildlife! On the way home from the lake yesterday we sat in the van and watched a huge moose eat his lunch! My camera battery had died, bummer. It was awesome. Today we saw muskrat, Great Blue Heron, turtles, deer, Osprey and a black Pug. :o)
It is also unpopulated, and the beach is very easy to keep track of the kids.
Nick is teaching Hayden how to drive the jet ski (to my chagrin). They all had a blast swimming, and were invited to share in a pinata! I think we will make many memories at the lake this summer, that makes the jet ski worth it. :o)
